non-profit company registered at Islamabad under section 42 of the Companies
Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984)) to act as a Certification Agency for the
purposes of rules 211, 212, 213, 214 and 220A of the Income Tax Rules, 2002,
with immediate effect and until further orders.</span></p>
