ISLAMABAD: November CPI hit 6.1% YoY — above MoF’s 5–6% forecast and up from 4.9% last November, PBS data confirmed Monday. From 6.2% in October, inflation eased slightly but still rose 0.4% MoM vs 1.8% last month. Urban +6.1% YoY, rural +6.3% YoY. Jul–Nov FY26 average now 5.01%, sharply down from 7.88% last year. Finance Ministry warned last week: food chaos and farm woes are pushing prices back up.
