Highlighting the crackdown muscle, Corporate Tax Office (CTO) Lahore clawed back Rs2.646 billion from a single non-compliant taxpayer after assessment completion — a professional, by-the-book recovery. FBR hailed it as a landmark enforcement win, showcasing precision demand creation and flawless execution under tax laws.
