PRL Appoints Mohsin Ali Mangi as New CEO

Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) has formally confirmed the appointment of Mohsin Ali Mangi as the company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year tenure commencing on April 30, 2026.

The approval was granted by the company’s board of directors during its meeting held on March 12, as disclosed through an official notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

Mangi will assume the role from Zafar Ul Islam Usmani, who is presently performing duties as interim Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

This development follows the company’s prior announcement issued on December 23, 2025, in which PRL had informed stakeholders about the planned transition in its executive leadership.
