Atlas Honda Plans Rs5.3 Billion Expansion

Atlas Honda Limited has approved a capital expenditure of Rs5.3 billion (approximately $20 million) to expand its motorcycle manufacturing operations, with the objective of increasing its annual production capacity to 2 million units.

In a formal disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company confirmed that its Board of Directors sanctioned the investment during a meeting held on March 30, 2026. The planned expenditure will be executed in the upcoming financial year.

The investment is primarily directed toward capacity expansion, increased automation, and improvements in operational efficiency, aligning with the company’s broader growth strategy.

Atlas Honda Limited, a joint venture between the Atlas Group and Honda Motor Company, aims to strengthen its position in the domestic motorcycle market through enhanced production capabilities.
