PSX Closed on May 1 for Labour Day

The Pakistan Stock Exchange has formally announced that it will remain closed on Friday, May 1, 2026, in observance of Labour Day.

As per a notification issued on April 28, the exchange has advised all market participants, stakeholders, and employees that trading activities will be suspended for the day in alignment with the public holiday declared by the Government of Pakistan.

The suspension applies to all equity and related market operations conducted through the exchange. Regular trading sessions are scheduled to resume on the next working day following the holiday, in accordance with standard market practices.
