Service Industries Names New Chairman and CEO

Service Industries Limited has appointed Mr. Hassan Javed as Chairman of its Board of Directors and Mr. Arif Saeed as Chief Executive Officer, according to separate notifications submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday.

Both appointments were approved during the company’s board meeting held on August 13, 2026.

Through its notifications submitted to the PSX, the company requested the exchange to communicate the appointments to all relevant TRE Certificate Holders.

Service Industries Limited was originally established as a private limited company in Pakistan on March 20, 1957, under the Companies Act, 1913, which has since been replaced by the Companies Act, 2017. The company was subsequently converted into a public limited company on September 23, 1959, before being listed on the stock exchange on June 27, 1970.

The company’s core business activities include the procurement, production and marketing of footwear as well as technical rubber products.
