PESHAWAR: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has swooped in with four fresh arrests in the sprawling Rs40 billion corruption vortex engulfing Kohistan, ballooning the total nabbed to 36, as per The News.
NAB officials detailed the raids in Kohistan and Abbottabad, snaring contractors Syed Nasser and Gul Zada, government official Nawabzada, and private figure Sabr Jamil. The dragnet also scooped up Rs18 million in tainted cash.
This explosive case, igniting national outrage, exposes rampant financial plunder in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Kohistan, with NAB vowing unrelenting pursuit of the corrupt cabal.
