OGRA Notifies Nov RLNG: Distribution Up, Transmission Mixed

ISLAMABAD: OGRA has rolled out the November 2025 RLNG price bomb, with mixed pain for SNGPL and SSGCL consumers.

SNGPL

• Transmission: ↓ $0.0076 → $11.4305/MMBtu (-0.07%)
• Distribution: ↑ $0.1696 → $12.3996/MMBtu (+1.39%)

SSGCL

• Transmission: ↑ $0.0067 → $10.0652/MMBtu (+0.07%)
• Distribution: ↑ $0.2216 → $11.4520/MMBtu (+1.97%)

Culprit: Higher UFG (Unaccounted for Gas) percentage jacked up distribution costs; only SNGPL transmission got a tiny breather from lower UFG on its pipelines.
