KARACHI: Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited (HCAR) just detonated a financial nuke in H1 FY26, posting a blistering Rs1.57 billion profit after tax — a 241% explosion from last year’s Rs460 million.
EPS rocketed from Rs3.22 to Rs11. Revenue detonated 59% to Rs51.88 billion. Gross profit surged 88% to Rs4.20 billion, margin widened to 8.1%. Other income +144% to Rs1.05 billion, no levy pain this year, and smart cost control sent profit before tax 274% higher to Rs2.58 billion.
Net margin doubled to 3.0%. HCAR is riding the auto sector comeback like a champion.
