It is hereby directed that, for expeditious disposal of financial securities, all the concerned staff of respective groups shall ensure its presence in the classification center from 04:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. daily and process the cases. Concerned PAs / ACs / DCs will also ensure their presence and supervise the case. A daily report shall also be submitted to the office of ADC A-ll on the next morning. Strict action shall be initiated against those whose performance will be found unsatisfactory by the concerned supervisory officers.
