STANDING ORDER NO. 01/2008

SUB:              GRANT OF AUTOMATED CLEARANCE FACILITY TO INDUSTRIAL CONSUMERS.

In partial modification of this Collectorate standing Order No. 1/2005 dated 27.01.2005 regarding Automated Clearance procedure (ACP), the following lines may be inserted after S. No. 12, as newly added S.No.‘12A’ which will be read as under:

“12A. in the list of units entitled to avail the facility of ACP, the names of the following two units shall be added with reference to the imports of paper and paper scrap (HS Code 4707.0000 only), made by them;

M/s. Packages (PVT) Ltd. Shahrah-e-Roomi Lahore,

M/s. Century Paper & Board Mills, Ltd, Sarwar Shaeed Road, Karachi.”

2.    The Terms & Conditions of the ACP, as Prescribed in the aforesaid standing order, shall apply to the units, stated above.

3.    These issues with the approval of the Collector of Customs (Appraisement), Karachi.
