SUB:              PUBLIC DEALING HOURS.

With a view to facilitate trade and industry, it has been decided to increase public dealing hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily on working days. The persons visiting the Collectorate for any matter are requested to visit the Collectorate during the above mentioned timing without securing appointment.

2. All officials are directed to be available in their offices during the above mentioned timing and attend public expeditiously. Visitors to the Collectorate after 5:00 pm will be allowed through appointment. The facilitation desk of the Collectorate however, shall remain functional on 24x7 basis at the Collectorate office.
