SUB:              WRONG DATA FEEDING OF PARTICULRAS OF VEHICLES IN COMPUTER

It has been observed that data feeding of particulars specifically description, Engine and chassis numbers vehicles in computer is not properly done during processing of G.Ds, owners while registering of vehicles at Motor Registration Authority face, hardship, resultantly they come back to this Collectorate with request to rectify the mistakes committed by data feeding staff and concerned Apprising Officers.

2.         Since such mistakes subsequently create unnecessary delay in registration of vehicles, therefore, all the concerned staff is hereby directed to feed the particulars of vehicles in computer very carefully. Strict disciplinary action shall be imitated against the staff found responsible for wrong data feeding in computer.
