          In order to streamline the work of Afghan Transit Group, the Appraising Officer of Afghan Transit Group are hereby directed to process only such GDs that are electronically assigned to them through the system. While assessing the GDs, the Appraising Officer shall also ensure correct value and PCT Code. In case of any change in declared value and PCT, they shall feed the same in online system. The same Appraising Officer shall also sign the relevant ATTI after verifying the details as per GD, packing list, commercial invoice, Jawaznama etc.

2.       The Principal Appraiser (Afghan Transit Group) shall ensure strict compliance, failing while discrepancy action shall be taken for non-compliance of the order.
