CIRCULAR NO. 05/2009   

It has been noticed that Sections /Branches while submitting files/drafts to Collector (Appraisement) are not in proper manner. It is therefore circulated for information of all concerned that in future all the files/drafts which are to be submitted to the office of Collector (Appraisement) may be in proper manner by using following draft style:-

            i.          Paper Size                A4

            ii.         Font of typing         Times New Roman

            iii.        Space                        1.5
