CIRCULAR NO. 06 / 2009

            It has been noticed with great concern that official files moved from various sections/groups to supervisory officers are not handled in a proper way. The files do not contain any previous reference, page, numbering paragraph numbering, flagging and without enclosing relevant enclosures.

Henceforth, it is ordered that each files moved to supervisory officers (Assistant /Deputy Collector /Additional Collector & Collector) should be in proper manner as per the instructions laid down in “Secretariat Instructions” and “Rules of Business”. The instructions contained in the above refereed books should be followed in letter & spirit, while moving files to Supervising Officers.
