CIRCULAR NO. 08/2009

SUB:              IJP Selection of Left Over Employees in BS 1-5

            Pursuant to Board’s letter C.No. 1(55) SS (IJP-1)/08 dated 04.06.2009, all those employees (BS-1-5) who have not yet appeared/selected for IJP are advised to report of the officer of the undersigned within (07) days of issuance of this Circular, so that their names may be recommended to the Board for IJP selection.

2.         A committee comprising of Officers of this Collectorate shall be constituted for conducting interviews of Class-IV staff and recommendations shall also be forwarded to the Board, accordingly.

3.         It may also be noted that no request from any employee shall be entertained after prescribed stipulated period.
