CIRCULAR
SUB: Private Hired Person (LAPPOS).
It has been reported that Examiners/ Appraiser have hired private persons (Lappos) for their official duties. This act on their part is serious violations in terms of Removal from service (Special Powers) Ordinance, 2000.
2. it is ordered that this practice should be stopped immediately and Appraisers/Examiners must be warned in this regard.
