STANDING ORDER NO. 01/2010(A)

SUB:        PARTIAL MODIFICATION OF STANDING ORDER NO. 01/2006(A) DATED 25.01.2006

            In pursuance of FBR’s Notification S.R.O 129(I)/2008 dated 07.02.2008 the following amendments are made in the Standing Order No. 01/2006(A) dated 25.01.2006:-

i)      After the words “Karachi Port”, wherever occurring in the Standing order, the words “and Port Muhammad Bin Qasim” shall be added.

ii)         After the “KPT” wherever occurring in the Standing Order, the word “QICT” shall be added.

iii)        At para-3 of the Standing Order, after the words “Insurance policy” the words, “to be renewed on annual basis” shall be added.

iv)        At para-15 of the Standing Order, after the words LCL Containerized Cargo only and full stop, the sentence “The goods between Port Muhammad Bin Qasim and M/s. BOML shall be transported by duly licensed bounded carrier.” shall be added.
