CIRCULAR NO. 2/2010(A)

          Consequent upon retirement of Mr. Abdul Rehman Khan, Office Superintendent (Cash), the post of Superintendent (Cash) has to be filled in from amongst the existing Deputy Superintendents. Anyone who is willing to accept this responsibility should deposit a security of Rs.2000/- for handling cash. In case no existing Deputy Superintendent comes up to offer his services as Deputy Superintendent (Cash) on the above condition. Upper Division Clerks may also apply for the post on the said condition but they will have no claim of seniority in the list of Deputy Superintendent and also for promotion as Office Superintendent. Unless their turn for regular promotion as Deputy Superintendent comes.

2.         Applications are, therefore, invited from Deputy Superintendents and Upper Division Clerks for posting as Superintendent (Cash) on the conditions mentioned above.

3.         No special pay is admissible for working as Superintendent (cash). All such applications must reach the Establishment Branch (Appg.) by 15.03.2010 at the latest. Persons having accounts experience will be preferred.
