OFFICE ORDER NO. 01/2011–ESTT (A)

It has been viewed seriously that most of the files and official documents are bearing initials and signatures of various officials / officers without indicating the names and designations of the signing persons. It is, therefore, ordered that henceforth no official/ officer shall mark his initial / signature anywhere on any file, until & unless he has affixed his stamp, bearing his name, designation and respective Group / Branch. Every official / officer shall have to ensure prior to moving the file onward that his subordinate official / officer has properly affixed his stamp bearing afore-said particulars. He shall, therefore, be solely responsible if he fails to comply with this directive. 

2.         This order is valid with immediate effect. Stern action shall be taken against the delinquents. 

3.         This issue with the approval of the Collector.
