CIRCULAR NO. 01/2011-Law (MCC)

            In pursuance of orders of the Honourable Sindh High Court dated 21.11.2011 passed in Suit No. 1371/2011 (Annex-A) (M/s. Rizwan Shahid S/o Shahid Inam V/s M/s AGRICO Power and another), it is notified to all concerned that no consignment of Generators imported from M/s. AGRICO Power (through its proprietor/ partners), shall be allowed released/cleared under any circumstances without specific release order from the Honourable High Court of Sindh. It is also added that the Generators bearing the infringing GRANITTO GENERTAOR DESIGN shall also not be released /cleared under any circumstances without specific release order from the Honourable High Court of Sindh. Any lapse in this respect will be seriously viewed and the concerned official will be held responsible in person .
