CIRCULAR NO. 03/2011 (A)

            It is circulated for information of all officers/ Staffs that all files of important nature which requires urgent action such as time limit cases/ correspondences of urgent nature with Board/Court matters/FTO matters etc, the relevant files shall be submitted/forwarded to the concerned Additional Collector/ Collector (A) well within time with proper flagging of files such as “Most Urgent”, “Most Immediate” and “Court / FTO Matters” etc so as to avoid delay in forwarding of reports / comments in such cases.
