CIRCULAR NO. 05/2011 (A)

            It has been observed with concern that the staff posted in the Collectorate attend office very late and dose not observe punctuality of office timings while attending the office. Henceforth all the Assistant / Deputy Collectors of Customs alongwith other section In-charge of MCC-Appraisement are required to ensure regular attendance of the staff working in their respective  Section /Group/ Wharf/ Ports. Concerned Assistant/Deputy Collectors will be responsible for maintaining punctuality in areas under their respective administrative control. Surprise checks may be conducted by the Officer/Incharge for observance of punctuality and availability of staff at the designated place of working.

2.         Any one who continues to be late for duty will have adverse remarks endorsed in his/her record without prejudice to any other disciplinary action.
