CIRCULAR NO. 06/2011 (A)

            Whereas, it has been observed that the Appraisers and Examiners do not feed GDs in the System at their own and get help of other individuals in feeding of their reports in PRAL Database. This is against the norms of official decorum and shown inefficiency and lack of capacity on the part of Appraisers / Examiners.

2.         Accordingly, all the Appraisers and Examiners are directed to feed all the GDs by themselves in the PRAL Database. In future, if anyone found violating above instructions will immediately be removed from his place of posting besides strict action under the Government Servant (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973 will be initiated.
