CIRCULAR NO. 07/2011-(A)

            It has been observed with concern that the time lines set in the files or in dak receipts by the Collector (A) are not being observed by the concerned officers. This needs to be looked into and hence forth it is directed that the time lines set by the Collector (A) must be observed. In case the task is not to be completed within given time lines, the concerned Deputy/Assistant Collector must ask for more time as deemed appropriate either personally or through a written note on file.

2.         All concerned are therefore, advised to strictly adhere to these instructions in future.
