C I R C U L A R

Subject:       PRIVATE HIRED PERSONS (Lapoos)

            It has been brought into the notice that some officers/officials posted at Gates / UAB’s and other sections of the Collectorate have hired private persons (Lapoos) for their assistance and official work. This creates problems in official working and is against norms and procedure.

2.         Accordingly, it is directed that this practice should be stopped forthwith and all privately hired person (Lapoos) be removed immediately from the offices. If any officer found involved in hiring of private persons he shall be dealt with strictly under the relevant rules.

3.         Henceforth, it will be responsibility of the Superintendents/Principal Appraiser/Incharge of respective sections to ensure that these directives are complied with immediately without fail.
