In order to dispose outstanding claims of refunds, following monetary limits for sanction are fixed with immediate effect and until further order:-

2. After sanction of the refunds by the competent authority, the files/documents will be sent to departmental Audit Section and Chief Account Officer for pre-audit before it is sent to Account Section for preparation of cheques of payment.
