CIRCULAR NO.03/2013 (A) 

It has been observed with concern that during office hours some of the officers/officials of the Collectorate are in a habit of attending offices of other field formations and also frequenting officers thereof without any prior approval of or intimation to their supervisory tier. This practice often creates impediments in disposal of work especially in matters of exigency.

2.         All concerned are hereby directed not to attend office/officer of any other field formation, during office hours, without the explicit approval of their respective supervisory officer(s), henceforth. Any deviation from this directive shall be viewed seriously.
