Office Order No. 08/2013 

          In compliance with Prime Minister of Pakistan’s directives, regarding zero tolerance for corruption, and inefficiency two "Complaint Redressal Cells (CRC)" are hereby established with immediate effect:

(a)  CRC/JIAP is established in the office of Additional Collector of Customs, JIAP for complaints relate to AFU and JIAP, Karachi.

(b)  CRC I Hqrs. is established in the office of Additional Collector of Customs, Headquarters for complaints related to headquarters and its allied jurisdiction.

2.       Any aggrieved person may lodge complaint in the respective CRC. The complaint will be inquired into immediately and under normal circumstances, the complainant will be informed about the outcome within two days. In case of anonymous complaint, the investigation will be completed within seven days positively. After preliminary investigation further necessary action will be taken as per law.

3.         Monthly report in this concern will be sent to the office of the Chief Collector of Customs Enforcement (South). Karachi.

4. This issue with the approval of Competent Authority.
