It is hereby directed for information and compliance of all concerned that examination reports recorded at the reverse of the Goods Declaration are also fed in the System (One-Customs) without fail. Even in those cases where examination is waived under certain law or procedure, the said law and order shall be quoted and fed along with relevant number and date of such

All concerned who are required to write examination report must ensure that it is fed in the system accurately, correctly and complete in all respects, with special regard to aspects like description of goods, classification, origin, weight, quality & quantity and any other important aspect seen during examination so as to make the report helpful in ensuring quality assessment of the consignment for the purpose of realization of due amount of duty and taxes.
3. Maintaining the above noted aspects shall be the responsibility of the Deputy / Assistant Collector / Principal Appraiser / MSA, AO and EO shed Terminal, as the case may be, and no laxity in this regard will be tolerated
