SUB:       MEETING OF DEPARTMENTAL PROMOTION COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER CASE OF UDCs TO THE POST OF DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT (MINISTERIAL).

It is circulated for information of all concerned that, MCC Appraisement (West) is processing cases of promotion of UDCs to the post of Deputy Superintendent (ministerial) but the said process of promotion has been postponed till 07.05.2014 due to non-availability of ACRs, Declaration of Assets and Certificates from respective Collectorate confirming that no disciplinary proceedings are pending.

2.         In order to fulfill the laid down criteria for promotion of UDCs to the post of Deputy Superintendent (ministerial), all UD Clerks are directed to submit their ACRs for the last five year and Declaration of Assets to the Establishment, MCC Appraisement (West), Custom House, Karachi. A Seniority list is also being circulated herewith with the direction to file objections / representations / corrections & point out omissions or errors, if any, by or before 05.05.2014. If no objection / representation / corrections requests against the seniority list are received within due date, the circulated seniority list are particular thereof will be treated as final.

3.         All concerned are hereby directed to ensure compliance, so that promotion cases may be finalized within specified time line as directed by the Board.
