SUB:             RECOMMENDATIONS OF OFFICIALS FOR CASH REWARD ON ACCOUNT OF MERITORIOUS SERVICE.

All supervisory officers of Sections, Groups and Branches are requested to recommend names of officials for grant of meritorious service reward, who have worked with dedication in their assigned tasks and have mace commendable efforts in collection of duty & taxes. Recommendations should be based specifically on the criteria that the officer / official enjoys a good reputation and his public perception / integrity is that of a good officer / official.

2.         Nominations may reach the office of undersigned within three (03) days of the receipt of this Circular, positively. Moreover, the recommendations may also be based upon die parameter envisaged in Board's Circular No. 6(1)S&M/2007, dated 14.06.2007 & Meritorious Service Reward Rules, 2006.
