Frequent complaints are being received regarding in-ordinate delay in allowing up-gradation of one / two step promotion to the employees of BS-1 to 4, in pursuance of Finance Division (Regulation Wing), Islamabad's O.M. No. l(4).R-l/2009, dated 31.12.2012. The matter has been examined and observed that the concerned dealing officials posted at SR Cell have evidently beer, failed to provide service details / complete particulars of the officials of BS-1 to 4 for finalization of cases of their up- gradations.

2.  The competent    authority has taken  serious notice of the inordinate delay on the part of SR Cell and directed to submit updated service details / complete particulars of the officials of BS-1 to 4. Therefore, in compliance to the directives of the competent authority all concerned dealing officials posted at SR Cell are hereby- directed to provide the requisite details by or before 27.06.2014 so that the processing of the cases of up-gradation of officials of BS-1 to 4 may be finalized at the earliest.

2.    Any deviation of the instructions should be viewed very seriously.
