Circular 

It is circulated for information of all concerned that during the scrutiny of house hiring cases, Chief Accounts Officer has observed that most of the house hiring agreements have expired. The process of house hiring cases is on hold for want of fresh / renewed house hiring agreements. All concerned officers / officials are hereby directed to submit fresh / renewed house hiring agreements accompanied with documents annexed herewith, within 03 days, so that house hiring cases can be finalized on merits and lapse of funds / surrender can be avoided.
