SUB: ASSESSMENT GUIDELINE OF SULPHUR BLACK.

All concerned are hereby directed to ensure that the assessment of imported goods namely "'Sulphur Black” (All origin) falling under H.S Code 3204.1910 should not be assessed less than US$ 1.4/Kg C&F Karachi. All concerned are advised to follow this guideline accordingly. Failure to adhere to this guideline will render the delinquent liable to strict disciplinary action under the relevant provisions of the law.
