Sub: CMA NO.4343/2014 IN SUO MOTO CASE NO.1 OF 2005 PENDING IN THE SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN-UPDATION OF LAWS.
Since all the principal laws and subordinate legislation i.e. rules framed under the relevant laws, regulations, SRO’s and statutory Notifications are initiated by the concerned Ministries/Divisions/Departments therefore, in order to place all such rules, regulations and notifications on website of this Division in compliance with the Supreme Court Orders, all Ministries/Divisions/Departments are required to place such rules, regulations and S.R.O.’s on their respective website in one month and provide a copy of the same to this Division at once for placing them on website of this Division as well.
