Sub:  MANDATORY        REQUIREMENT     OF DOCUMENTS /CERTIFICATE IN COMPLAIN OF IMPORT POLICY ORDER 2013

Kindly refer to the SRO No, 03(1)/2015 fated 05,01,2015 Issued by Ministry of  Commerce and letter No, SI/MISC/01/2011/DCE-NI/CT dated 09,02,2015and C.NoSI/Misc/01/2014-MIS dated 19.01.2015 received from MCC Appraisement-East MCC Appraisement-West respectively (copies enclosed  in reply of this Director’s letter of even number dated 04.12.2014 regarding subject cited above.

2.         In the aforementioned SRO and the letter received from field formations regarding mandatory requirement of certificate/document including PSQCA certificate, required by different regulatory department against certain items/HS Codes of Pakistan Customs Tarff, the data of HS Codes already existed in WeBOC system was scrutinized.  After comparison, additional identified list of HS Code was prepared and the required change for generstion of system codes against these additional HSCode (list enclosed as Annexure A) for relevant document/Certificates anole been deployed  in We BOC system vide CR 395-25-2015.W.E.F 02.03.2015.
