Subject:-          Non-Compliance of Public Notice.09 Dated 03.03.2015.

                        It has been observed that the timings prescribed vide Public Notice No. 09/2015 (East) dated 03.03.2015 for public hearings before the Deputy/Assistant Collector of the Groups i.e. 9:30 am to 2:30 pm on all working days, are not being followed. The trade representatives have also requested to abide by the fixed timings to support Collectorate’s trade facilitation measures. It is, hereby, once again directed that the aforesaid Public Notice be complied by all officers without fail.
