In suppression of Office Order No.61/2005 dated 20th October, 2005 issued vide this office letter No.S1/MISC/02/ADCP-HQRS/03 and in order to have uniformity in monetary limits for the sanctioning authorities of refunds in all the Model Customs Collectorates of Karachi following monetary limits are fixed for sanctioning of the refund claims with immediate effect and until further orders:-
