CIRCULAR

Sub:   INTEGRATION OF DEPARTMENT OF PLANT PROTECTION, FEDERAL SEED CERTIFICATION & REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT WITH WeBOC SYSTEM.

            Please refer to the subject cited above.

2.     The Directorate General of Reforms & Automation Karachi has developed a module for the integration of Department of Plant Protection, Pesticides and Federal Seed Certification & Registration Department with the WeBOC system. The said module is scheduled to go live on 21.03.2018 in the WeBOC system. The above mentioned integration will enable the said departments to issue electronic Release Order / Phytosanitary Certificates/PSI Report Endorsements etc.

3.    All concerned clearing agents/traders dealing with the clearance of goods that require NOCs/ROs/etc. as per IPO from the above mentioned departments are advised to obtain electronic Release Order / Phytosanitary Certificates/PSI Report Endorsements for their consignments for which GDs will gate out on or after 21.03.2018.

4.    It is pointed out that from 21.03.2018 certificates mentioned above shall be required by WeBOC System for all new and under process GDs.
