Assessment

i. Previously the trader did not have the provision to upload, supporting documents during review proceedings before DC/AC/PA. An option has now been provided to traders to upload supporting documents during review proceedings.

ii. The list of items in CGO 02/2017 has been linked with the GD assessment module so that relevant information regarding locally manufactured items may be viewed by the assessing officers.

iii. Secretary (Customs Budget) FBR has been provided the option to upload any CGO in WeBOC system which shall be linked with the GD assessment module for viewing by the assessing officers.

iv. For facilitating the monitoring of Goods Declarations available in “Disputed GDs Folder”, a new tab has been created for AC/DC Assessment to generate report of pending disputed GD’s in Excel format.

Goods Declaration

The instruction “The uploading of supporting documents is not mandatory” has been removed from GD preparation screen as it was not in accordance with Public Notice No.1/2014 dated 31.10.2014 issued by Office of he Chief Collector Appraisement (South) Karachi.

User Management

Previously AC/DC Admin did not have the provision to confirm whether the user image has been uploading with the profile or not. The facility has now been provided to attach the user image with the profile.
