Sub: ROLL OUT OF WeBOC MANUFACTURING BOND (MB) EXPORT ORIENTED UNIT (EOU) MODULES – GUIDELINES REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION.
Public Notice No 01/2018-(CC-ENF-SOUTH) dated 25th April 2018. Was to come in force on 01-06-2018. However Exports Collectorate’s as well as the Directorate of Reforms & Automation (Customs).Karachi after Discussion at length are of the view that there are still some issues to address and the module is not yet perfect to run smoothly.
2. In view of there Discussion and request and request forwarded by the directorate of there reforms & Automation custom, Karachi vide letter no WeBOC/SRO-326-327/154/2013 (Reg.Part.II)/317 dated 31st may. 2018 public notice is held is abeyance till 30th june.2018. It will now be effective from 1st July. 2018. Engr Riyaz memon additional collector MCC Exports PQ. Karachi and Mr. Shafqat Ali khan niazi, Additional Collector. MCC Exports Karachi are made focual person to ensure feeding of all the license/analysis cards before the cut of date they will also and liaise with the directorate of reforms & Automation for reaming amendments in the WeBOC Modules on day to day basis in case of any Default/Slackness. They Will. Personally be held responsible for delay in running of the Modules on imports as well as exports.
