CIRCULAR/NOTICE

All Tax Bars, Advocates / Consultants / Appellants, Collectorates of Customs/Directorates of Customs i.e. Intelligence & Investigation, Post Clearance Audit and Directorate of Valuation at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta and Peshawar are directed that in future Court Fee in respect of New Appeals be deposited under head C02604 instead of Head of Account 0211800 or B02005. The immediate and proper compliance will highly be appreciated. In case of failure new appeals will not be entertained and appellants will suffer by paying double fees.

This issue is with the approval of Honourable Chairman, Customs Appellate Tribunal, Camp Office at Karachi.
