PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 9/1984 (APPRAISEMENT)

The owners of the Private Bonded Warehouses supplying goods to various Diplomats are hereby informed that the Federal Government has decide that in future all imports of Liquor meant for ultimate consumption of diplomats etc. shall be subject to the production of proper Import License from the C.C.I & E as required under the Import & Export Act, 1950 read with the prohibition (Enforcement of Had) Order 1979 and rules made there under in 1981.
