PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 50/1993 (APPRAISEMENT)

SUB:  Acceptance of consumption cERTIFICATE under various concessionary sro the import of PHARMACEUTICAL RAW-materials 

In supersession of all previous standing orders and Public Notices issued on the  above subject, it is notified for the information of all concerned that application for the  release of indemnity Bond/Bank guarantee/insurance Guarantee, as the case may be duly supported by a consumption certificate issued, within the stipulated period as mentioned in each SRO by D.G. Health or any competent officer duly authorized by him in this behalf, shall be accepted by the Custom House, Karachi if it is filed alongwith consumption certificate within the stipulated period as mentioned in each case under which the concession has been claimed, failing which amount secured  through Bank Guarantee/ Insurance Guarantee/ Indemnity Bond and post-dated cheque etc. will be recovered without any further intimation to the importer.
