PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 14/1997 (APPRAISEMENT)

Cruse Coconut Oil classifiable with the PCT heading 1513 1100, which has, hitherto, been taken as non consumer goods, for the purpose of warehousing period as prescribed under section 98 of the Customs Act, 1969, will henceforth, be treated as consumer goods or the said purpose, as stipulated in the Notification NO:SRO 495(11/88 dated 26th June, 1988.
