PUBLIC NOTICE NO.09/1999-EXPORT. 

All the exporters and clearing agents are hereby advised to give complete and correct address of the consignee on the export documents. They are further advised to ensure that the same address should appear on the bill of lading/Air Way Bill submitted along with the duty drawback claim. The exporters who fail the comply with these instructions shall be penalized under the relevant provisions of law and may not be allowed duty drawback.
