Subject:       expeditious  clearance    of goods: ACP

The Custom House in order to facilitate the trade and to provide expeditious clearance of goods has notified a comprehensive procedure of Automated Clearance Procedure (ACP) vide Standing Order No. 07/2004, dated 20-04-2004 which is running successfully since 17-05-2004. The ACP is an integrated outcome of earlier facilities of EASY, ELF and RISE, therefore, there is no need to continue previous facilities anymore. Hence, it has been decided to withdraw the facilities of EASY, ELF and RISE from 15-07-2004.

All the concerned are requested to get themselves registered in ACP well before the withdrawal of EASY, ELF and RISE.
